For the home game with Glentoran
on Tuesday 29 April, Linfield will be pleased to welcome to Windsor Park
as guests of the club, a group of young people from the 54th Belfast scout
group.
The boys from the Tates Avenue area will go on a tour
of the stadium before watching the game.
We hope they will enjoy their visit to Windsor
Park.

For the home game with Omagh
Town on Saturday 12 April, Linfield will be pleased to welcome to Windsor
Park as guests of the club, a group of young people from the 10th Bangor
Junior section company of the Boys' Brigade.
The boys will go on a tour of the stadium before watching
the game.
We hope they will enjoy their visit to Windsor
Park.
01-Apr-03: Quite a few updates today!!
FITC
- Linfield have been approached by a premier women's
football club to integrate into the set up at Windsor Park. We hope
to have a women's programme by September 2003
- Five P7 girls have been identified to go to the Northern
Ireland ladies trials
- Colleges from Birmingham and Stoke-on-Trent will
be given a tour of Windsor Park in the next month
MINI-SOCCER
- A number of children have been identified to join
centres of excellence
- The mini-soccer Easter Festival will run between
23-25 April at Midgely Park between 11am and 3pm. Places are limited
to 60 children.
The festival will include skills development in the morning and a 'world
cup' themed competition in the afternoons. All coaches involved are
IFA qualified licenced coaches.
Cost: £5 per day or £10 for all three days. Although not
included in the cost, catering facilities will be available on-site.

CENTRES OF EXCELLENCE
- Linfield under-12s recently defeated Shorts
under-13s 4-0.
- 10s and 12s will be travelling to Letterkenny this
month. This has been organised through Tony Gorman.
- David Chisholm will be travelling to Wigan FC to
visit their Academy between 10th and 13th April.
- Colin McCurdy, Technical Director for the Ottawa
area has been visiting the Centres of Excellence to observe the continuing
good work there. Colin is a former Linfield player who won international
honours with Northern Ireland in 1980 while playing for the Blues.
- David Chisholm would like to pass on his congratulations
to Tommy Wright and Paul Kee on their appointments as Youth Development
Officers for Ballyclare and Tobermore/Moyola Park respectively.
